Kids Alive is Haven's integrated free fun programme to encourage children to get more exercise, eat a more balanced diet and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. The Kids Alive logo indicates food and drink options that are lower in sugar, salt and fat. Tempting children to choose less fattening foods and sugary drinks and have more of the recommended 5-a-day fruit and vegetables.
